Ode to Mukhtar 2005

These works were exhibited at the Mahmoud Mukhtar Museum in Cairo and were created in charcoal on paper and oil on canvas. The inspiration comes from the famous Egyptian sculptor, Mahmoud Mukhtar. His works carried various messages of strength, heritage and womanhood.
